July 10, 2013, New York, NY – The National Organization on Disability (NOD) salutes Sirota, a research company specializing in organizational assessments and employee survey programs, for its dedication to researching workplace satisfaction among people with disabilities. This is the fourth ‘salute’ in a series highlighting companies who support NOD’s mission to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Sirota is a privately held company of survey research and organizational performance experts focused exclusively on conducting attitude research and driving action through effective data utilization. Since the company’s partnership with NOD began in 2009, the two organizations have worked closely to develop and implement engagement surveys that capture reports of workplace satisfaction and perceived engagement of people with and without disabilities.
